We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Finance Administration Coordinator to join our team at the School of Education, Learning and Communication Sciences (SELCS). In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support for various business processes within the School. Your key duties will include supporting the production of key management information, assisting with financial planning, preparing internal management accounts, and managing non-financial data sets. Working both independently and collaboratively, you will support the Business Administration Officer and Professional Services Managers in the day-to-day coordination of finance-related processes, ensuring smooth operations and providing guidance to staff and external stakeholders.
About You
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in finance administration, with significant experience in budget management and preparing management accounts. You will be a highly motivated individual with excellent numerical and communication skills, capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Your meticulous attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure will be essential in this role. You should have a solid understanding of financial systems and be proficient in using SAP or similar finance software.
