Are you passionate about delivering exceptional administrative support in an educational environment? The School of Education, Learning and Communication Sciences is seeking a motivated and experienced Course Administration Officer to join our operational management team. As a key member of this team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our School’s taught courses, from admissions through to graduation, while providing an outstanding experience for students throughout their academic journey.
In this role, you will work closely with the Operations Manager and other Course Administration Officers to lead and develop policies, processes, and systems that enhance course administration. You will also have the responsibility of managing and inspiring a dedicated team of Senior Administrators and Administrative Coordinators. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring your team delivers high-quality support to one of the units within the School.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong background in course administration, ideally within a Higher Education setting. You will have a good honours degree or equivalent professional experience and possess extensive experience managing teams within a comparable office environment. Your ability to analyse and interpret large datasets will be crucial, as will your thorough understanding of data protection requirements and the current challenges facing Higher Education.
