The School of Technology is looking for an experienced generalist administrator to join the team as a School Business and Operations Manager.
In this role you will provide support across the School of Technology, working at a senior level to undertake and lead on various projects at either a School or Departmental level.
This role may be deployed into different functions, for example acting as the operational lead of a specific professional service function in a Department.
The role will require flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to different circumstances based on shifting priorities and needs within the School.
The key duties will vary depending on the assignment, but may include:
The ideal candidate will have experience within higher education administration, particularly dealing with senior academic and professional services staff.
You will have proven staff management skills, with substantial experience of strategic planning, policy development, HR knowledge and financial and project management.
