About the role:
This is a part-time (0.6 FTE) newly created post where the successful post holder will provide administrative and operational support to the FEO Timetabling team on all aspects related to timetabling and room booking and teaching space issues within the Faculty of Medicine.
What you would be doing:
Your responsibilities will mainly involve servicing and note taking recurring timetabling and space working meetings and committees, carrying out timetabling and room booking tasks, processing requests via the FEO Timetabling’s online forms and improving the FEO Timetabling’s webpages.
