This role will be based on the university campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

Do you have experience within a facilities or cleaning services environment combined with experience of training teams? Do you have strong communication skills with an ability to work collaboratively with others to deliver a high quality service?
We are looking for a professional, proactive and highly motivated individual to join our Cleaning Team. Working in conjunction with the Cleaning Management Team, you will be responsible for the assessment of training and development needs, train new and existing staff on cleaning methods and processes, as well as preparing training materials and guides.
You will be computer literate with the ability to competently use IT systems you will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work collaboratively with others and build effective working relationships, with the ability to work independently and flexibly. A relevant training qualification and/or experience of delivering training would be an advantage in this key role. Reporting to the Head of Cleaning Services your role will be extremely varied to meet the demands of the service.
