North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire College are looking for a Pastoral Support Worker to support and motivate identified vulnerable students, particularly Children Looked After, Care Leavers, Young Carers and young people living independently, with a range of behavioural, social and emotional needs to enable them to participate in their learning and progress onto further studies or employment.
