Harper Adams University is looking to recruit an Insurance Officer and Executive Assistant to CFO Directorate. This role has the responsibility for managing the University’s day to day insurance matters and holds a pivotal role within the University, in addition to providing high level executive assistance to the CFO and their teams. This role requires a highly independent and organised individual, capable of balancing multiple priorities whilst demonstrating influencing skills alongside the ability to act with tact, diplomacy and integrity.
Supporting the wider finance function, this is an opportunity to support, add value through efficiencies and process improvement where support would be provided to develop the right individual through formal training with the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) for example.
Ideally, you will have a good honours degree (or equivalent qualification, or significant relevant senior experience commensurate with the level of the role), along with significant experience of providing direct administrative support at senior executive level in a complex organisation, including that of direct relevance to the role description
