Starting salary from £23,581 per annum, dependent on skills and experience, with an annual increment up to £25,433 per annum.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Administrative Assistant to join the People & Culture Division to support the delivery of people projects.
You will work closely with the HR Business Partnering Team to support all ongoing project work and provide support to the senior leadership team within People & Culture. Key duties include a range of administrative tasks such as developing and maintaining spreadsheets and information logs, creating and maintaining project documents, arranging meetings, minuting and coordinating actions, and acting as a first point of contact to provide guidance within established guidelines.
You will have previous experience of working in an administrative support role, as well as experience of coordinating administration, successfully working within deadlines, organising meetings and maintaining Excel data. You must be able to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner, with a consistently high level of attention to detail.
This full-time post is available on a fixed-term basis for a period of 12 months.
