We wish to recruit experienced, organised and enthusiastic paralegals with an eye for detail to provide support on Education Contracts. The primary purpose of the role is to work within the Education Contracts Team, providing support to the Education Contracts Officer and the Commercial Education Contracts Officer, as required. The Education Contracts Advisor will also provide advice to the Study Abroad Team and Placements Teams on amendments to the University’s standard contractual documents, and support those Teams as they negotiate with partners.
The post holder will also support the Education Contracts Officer and the Commercial Education Contracts Officer, in their work drafting and negotiating across a wide range of education contracts including with International Partners, Degree Apprenticeship Employers and Commercial Parties funding studentships. This will include working with a range of internal stakeholders across a range of teams including the Global Opportunities Team, Academic Partnership, Global Partnerships, Education and Student Support, and the Degree Apprenticeship Team.
