The Faculty of Health and Wellbeing is an exciting and expanding area of the University of Winchester with a growing suite of professional programmes containing large practice-based learning elements. We are seeking an individual with professional registrations, strong communication skills and a passion for high quality practice education to fulfil a fixed term maternity cover.
The successful candidate will join our new Placement Team and work closely with the Physiotherapy and Nursing programme teams and students to support the set-up, organisation and evaluation of practice placement experience.
The ideal candidate will be educated to A-level standard or equivalent and will have experience of working with students and/or the public. You must possess the ability to work collaboratively and work flexibly in order to meet the needs of the service.
It is essential that the post holder must have awareness of current practice issues within nursing and physiotherapy, and has an understanding of the professional, statutory and regulatory body requirements of Allied Health Professionals and/or nursing programmes
