About the role
As a Senior Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) Officer within King’s Business School (KBS) at King’s College London, you will be a vital member of the Digital Education team, responsible for driving the adoption, implementation, and evaluation of learning technologies. You will play a pivotal role in supporting and advancing the School’s Education strategy, ensuring alignment with King's Vision 2029.
In this role, you will collaborate with the King's Centre for Technology Enhanced Learning (CTEL) and work closely with both academic and professional services staff to identify opportunities for enhancing teaching, learning, and assessment through digital tools.
Your responsibilities include developing support resources for platforms such as Moodle, Turnitin, Kaltura, and Microsoft Office tools, providing training and support, and promoting e-learning innovations to improve the student and staff experience. Based at Bush House on the King’s Strand Campus, the role involves working in a hybrid model, with up to 60% remote working.
You will ensure high-quality service delivery, oversee strategic TEL projects, and foster a culture of continuous improvement to deliver a world-class, student-centred experience.
This is a full-time post (35 Hours per week), and you will be offered an indefinite contract.
