Here at Sheffield Hallam University we are recruiting for a Software Engineer as a Knowledge Transfer Partnership Associate to be based at the company Preformed Windings in Rotherham, South Yorkshire which is located on the outskirts of Sheffield.

The aim of the project is to develop a bespoke software system that automates production planning process and increasing efficiency by reducing bottlenecks and increasing workforce productivity for Preformed Windings. The company will gain real-time visibility into the entire production process, enabling more accurate forecasting and alignment of production with demand. This enhanced capability will optimize resource allocation and improve overall efficiency, ensuring a more responsive and streamlined approach to meeting customer needs.
