About the Post

- The School of Allied Health Sciences, at the University of Suffolk is looking to appoint an effective and experienced Physiotherapist to join our dynamic Physiotherapy team. The post holder will be part of the lecturing team delivering the BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy programme. Further details on the course can be found on our website.
- You will be based in our new health and wellbeing building which houses two floors of brand-new clinical simulation facilities, state-of-the-art hospital wards, a midwifery birthday unit, a new sports and exercise facilities, working radiography imaging suite and counselling/physiotherapy clinic rooms.
- This is an exciting time to join the School of Allied Health Sciences, with our first cohort of Physiotherapy students expected to graduate in October 2025.

About the Team

- You will be part of a friendly, progressive and hard-working team who are passionate about contributing to the field of Physiotherapy.
- The course team are inclusive and regularly share their passion for their field and supporting society by working with stakeholders in the wider community to deliver workshops, including Special Olympics.

About You

- The post holder will possess significant specialist clinical and/or educational experience in the field of physiotherapy, with relevant experience to support teaching on the cardiorespiratory theme, and prior experience of working with students.
- We are looking to recruit a forward thinking and innovative physiotherapist who is eager to embrace this unique opportunity to share physiotherapy undergraduate education in Suffolk and complement our current team.
- The post holder will also support the University’s mission to make a major contribution to the health and wellbeing of people in the region and to make a positive impact on society.
