London South Bank University are recruiting for an Exam Coordinator within our Student Operations Department.
This department engages in various collaborative activities at a variety of levels. The team have a strategic, proactive, user-focused, and fully integrated approach to student operations. It provides central support for students throughout their time at the University and manages and develops a range of operations and systems which are key to the overall functioning of the Department.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead and manage the University’s exam arrangements across the main and resit opportunities, including leading on the recruitment, training and allocation of invigilators for exam weeks, working collaboratively with LSBU Employment. The postholder will be the face of exams at LSBU for staff and students, working with key stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of exam weeks.
You will facilitate good communication between stakeholders, often dealing with sensitive and confidential matters in a time pressured environment, providing accurate information relating to all areas of marks preparation and delivery.
You will be responsible for managing the Exam Supervisor, including recruitment, appraisals, one to ones, mentoring, development, and allocation of workload.
