Trinity College Alumni Relations and Development Office is seeking to appoint an Alumni Relations Assistant to support the College’s ambitious and creative alumni engagement, events, and fundraising programme. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and busy office planning to launch Trinity’s first fundraising campaign.

This post will report to the Alumni Relations Manager and working closely with the Alumni Engagement & Events team and the wider office. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks to help the department’s mission of further building the relationship between the College and its alumni through a curated programme of events, communications and engagement projects aligned with the College’s priorities. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.

A good candidate should be a curious and meticulous individual who thrives on the successful delivery of regular small projects. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will be motivated and enthusiastic about supporting projects at Trinity College and be willing to work flexibly as part of a friendly team.

Salary FTE: £28,163 per annum, (pro-rata 0.8FTE – 29 hours £22,530 p.a.), plus other benefits.
