OUEV is the home to some of Oxford’s most iconic buildings. We manage four city centre venues; the landmark Sheldonian Theatre, the historical Examination Schools, the elegant St Luke’s Chapel, and contemporary University Club, along with Osler House, our art deco hidden gem in Headington.

Each venue hosts a large and diverse range of events for both the University and Colleges along with significant external business attracting local, national and international businesses and consumers. Alongside this we are developing our visitor destination portfolio, with the Sheldonian Theatre currently open to the public to explore and enjoy.

About the Role

As our Marketing Coordinator, you will lead on content creation and campaign delivery across our website, social media (Instagram and LinkedIn), email and other digital and print materials. You will design eye-catching graphics, write compelling copy, manage our visual identity, and report on campaign performance.

You will also collaborate with our industry partners, neighbours and local networks to raise the profile of OUEV. With a varied workload that spans everything from promotional events to internal communications, this is a creative, collaborative, and high-impact role - perfect for someone looking to grow their marketing career in a unique setting.

About You

We are looking for someone who can:

  • Create engaging written and visual content across multiple platforms
  • Design eye-catching graphics in line with our visual identity (utilising Canva)
  • Use social media confidently and strategically (especially Instagram and LinkedIn)
  • Work independently and confidently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks at once
  • Communicate clearly and creatively, both in writing and in person with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Bring creativity, enthusiasm, and attention to detail to everything you do
  • Track performance, analyse trends and contribute to strategy development
