Learning and People Development Senior Trainer
21.6 hours per week (0.6FTE)
12 month fixed term contract
You'll be analysing training needs, creating interactive and powerful training programmes, conducting in depth evaluation and you'll keep the content up to date and compliant. You'll provide support with our eLearning platform, by creating engaging lessons and promoting its use across the University. You'll create communication plans to launch training workshops and projects that you and the department are involved in.
You'll be very experienced in designing and delivering behavioural workshops, including management training for mid to senior managers and leaders. You'll be used to working on multiple projects and have high organisational skills; with an ability to confidently challenge others. You'll be a doer and not afraid to get involved in administrative duties and will ideally have experience working in higher education.
