This UK Government-backed initiative aims to embed formulation and processing expertise, driving innovation, enhancing product development, and strengthening R&D capabilities.
About Stansted Homogenising Systems Ltd
A UK-based company, Stansted Homogenising Systems designs, manufactures, and supports high-pressure homogenisers used globally in pharmaceutical, biotech, cosmetic, food, and advanced materials sectors. Their equipment ranges from lab-scale to full production systems.

This position focuses on developing and embedding expertise in formulation and processing for high-pressure homogenisation. You’ll create scalable protocols for natural dispersions, refine nanosizing processes, and optimise pressure and duration for efficient, reliable applications. A key responsibility is evaluating scale-up efficiency to meet bulk production demands and advising customers on system optimisation. You’ll also support the development of an internationalisation model to expand into new markets.
This is a unique opportunity to engage in applied research with real-world impact. Ideal for candidates with a background in formulation science, process engineering, or related fields, the role requires strong problem-solving and communication skills.
