We’re seeking motivated, experienced, and creative professionals to join our dynamic team of Apprenticeship Tutors. In this role, you’ll shape the careers of ambitious professionals and support employers in developing future leaders.

What You’ll Do

As an Apprenticeship Tutor, you will:

  • Serve as the primary contact for apprentices and employers, building strong, productive relationships.
  • Monitor apprentice progress, identify development needs, and support skills growth.
  • Conduct regular review meetings (in person and online), offering tailored guidance.
  • Provide pastoral care to keep apprentices engaged and on track.
  • Ensure high-quality, compliant support aligned with Ofsted, ESFA, EPAO, and university standards.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for individuals with:

  • Leadership and management experience in public or private sectors.
  • A track record of supporting others’ development and/or providing pastoral care.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and experience working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Awareness of safeguarding, Prevent Duty, and British Values.

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Level 6 qualification in management or leadership.
  • Experience in coaching, assessing, or teaching/training.
  • Knowledge of UK apprenticeship frameworks or vocational learning.
