We are seeking a full-time Postdoctoral Research Assistant in AI for Digital Health to join Professor Tingting Zhu’s research group at the Department of Engineering Science (Headington, Oxford).  The post is funded by NIHR and is fixed-term for 24 months, with a possible extension.

This project is about creating novel AI models to predict patient outcomes following acceptance or refusal of an offer on transplant using multimodal medical data. You will be responsible for literature review, data cleaning, model development and implementation.

You should possess a relevant PhD (or near completion) in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or conjugate subject; strong record of publication in the relevant literature; good knowledge of machine learning algorithms and/or statistical methods; proven competence in programming methods like Python; evidence of working well as part of a multidisciplinary research team.
