Are you an experienced Executive Assistant looking to bring your organisational flair and communication expertise to a dynamic creative institution? 

Do you have a background in Higher Education administration or communications, preferably within the Performing Arts? 

As Executive Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in enabling the effectiveness of senior academic leadership. From diary and correspondence management to coordinating meetings, overseeing course logistics, and supporting internal and external communications, your contribution will be essential in keeping the organisation running at pace and to exceptional standards. 

You’ll be a key point of contact for senior staff, external stakeholders and industry partners, providing consistent administrative oversight and helping to maintain a culture of clarity, collaboration, and excellence. With responsibility for supporting the leadership of our Schools of Acting and Musical Theatre & Dance - including course planning, quality assurance, event delivery, and industry engagement — this is a rare opportunity to help shape and support a broad range of activities germane to the success of the institution. 

What will mark you out as a strong candidate will be your keen awareness of all the underpinning administrative, operational, creative and strategic leadership needed to ensure the smooth-running of an institution gained through experience. You will be an all-round communicator – articulate, open, collaborative and a pleasure to work with.

The role is fixed term for 12 months in the first instance to enable the efficacy of the post to be reviewed.
