Technical Strategy & Operations
This new full-time post is available from 1st September 2025 on a permanent basis.
Summary of the role:
The successful candidate will provide technical support for research activities within the Centre for Resilience in Environment, Water and Waste (CREWW). They will work with the Technical Operations Manager and Technicians to carry out a range of key technical duties to support academic staff and researchers.
The role will involve laboratory work, including scientific cleaning of equipment, ordering and storing chemicals and other consumables, sample handling and storage, waste management, and other day-to-day laboratory tasks. The posts will be based in the Centre for Resilience in Environment, Water and Waste (CREWW) at the University of Exeter Streatham campus, and all necessary training will be provided.
