Applied Inspiration is expanding and is seeking new staff for research and evaluation projects. The Evaluation Officer will lead evaluations of access and participation activities, working across two main teams:

• SEER (Specialist Evidence, Evaluation, and Research): Provides support and evaluation services to higher education providers.
• RES (Research and Evaluation) consultancy

Experience in evaluating Access and Participation initiatives is highly desirable. The role requires data-informed policy development, experience in designing and delivering evaluations, and proficiency in both quantitative and qualitative methods. Experience within higher education, particularly in access and participation, is an advantage.
