Innovative Educational Partnerships Limited (IEPL) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of DMU and is engaged by DMU to provide teaching and support staff for the operation of DMU’s new London campus (DMU London). DMU London is part of DMU’s ambitious growth agenda and will be a campus for teaching excellence, home to many disciplines and subjects, which have a focus on sustainability and employability, and providing students with an excellent choice of postgraduate programmes.
Employed by IEPL, the Campus Services Officer is a key appointment that will work as part of the DMU London Campus Operations team and report to the Campus Operations Manager.

The role plays a vital role in enhancing the student experience by providing comprehensive support and guidance to visitors to the DMU London campus and all DMU London students, particularly international students navigating their first time in London. This position involves providing a first-point of contact for all of the DMU London campus services, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors, students and staff at DMU London, and acting as a key resource for student enquiries and responding to needs quickly and efficiently.
The post involves liaising and aligning DMU London services with DMU Leicester services and ensuring students are supported from across both campus provisions.
