Psychology is a well-established subject in our PGCE Secondary portfolio, this is a rare opportunity for a subject specialist in psychology to join our team as a Lecturer / Senior Lecturer on a permanent basis. In this context, the Institute of Education is seeking to appoint an inspirational and excellent subject specialist. The successful applicant will have responsibility for contributing to teaching on the PGCE Psychology Programme as well as the Professional Studies curriculum and quality assuring mentor training across the partnership by carrying out visits to trainees in their placement settings.

What is in it for you?
From 1st July 2025, the salary range for this role will increase for Lecturer to £38,249 - £42,882 (with the opportunity to progress to £46,735) and for Senior Lecturer £44,128 - £55,755 (with the opportunity to progress to £60,907) subject to performance and the university reward scheme.
