Director of Clinical Programmes
This key role is a member of the Senior Management Team. Along with the Principal, Director of Business Development, and Director of Quality Assurance, they will oversee the day-to-day running of the College.
The role holder will provide leadership across the clinical modules of the MChiro degree programme and within the College’s planned Chiropractic Clinic, due to open in 2026. They will be responsible for fostering a culture of clinical excellence and continuous improvement across these areas to ensure a high-quality experience for patients and students and to further develop and embed the vision and strategies underpinning the College’s clinical work.
The role holder will have line management responsibility for a growing team of Module Leaders, clinical supervisors, and Chiropractic Clinic office staff, and will manage the provision of clinical placements working closely with clinical placement providers. They will undertake teaching and assessment within clinical modules, as agreed, and oversee quality assurance processes within the Chiropractic Clinic and across clinical placements/modules.
The role holder will play a significant role within the College’s academic and clinical governance framework through chairing the Clinical Programmes committee, through membership of the Programme Committee, the Patient & Carer Group, and the Human Participants Ethics Committee, and through developing further the College’s existing relationships with donors and stakeholders.
