About the Role
We are looking for an experienced OD professional to join our People and OD Directorate at Manchester Met. This is an exciting opportunity for a person with a strong background in organisational development to play a pivotal role in contributing to the delivery of a proactive OD and Talent offer, that includes:
You'll work closely with colleagues across the Organisational Development team, the wider POD Directorate, and across the university, providing specialist advise and expertise on organisational development interventions to improve organisational effectiveness, improve collaboration and deliver a high level of performance. You will also oversee the University's approach to talent management, ensuring we have the skills for now and the future, and a workforce representative of the communities that we serve.
