Ambitious plans are afoot with an estates masterplan that will see £1bn of investment in enhancing and delivering a sustainable, inclusive estate over the next decade.
We are seeking a diligent organised person to provide comprehensive, effective and efficient administrative support to the Maintenance Operations team. This team is vital to keeping the University running safely. The Maintenance Administrator will be a key member of this team helping to prioritise and organise their work and keep critical records up to date, and help
You will have practical knowledge and experience of working in an environment of Maintenance Operations, with desirable experience of managing small budgets and providing financial support to teams (raising orders, checking invoices).
A key aspect of the role will be assisting in the resource planning of the team, scheduling jobs according to urgency and resource availability. The candidate will be able to solve simple problems and adapt to changing circumstances within established practices and procedures.
