The University of Kent is seeking a Research Associate to join an exciting NIHR-funded social care project — LEAP (LGBTQ+ Inclusive Home Care Provision). The main purpose of the role will be to undertake research focusing on improving home care experiences for LGBTQ+ people aged 60 and over.
In this role, you will play a key role in the delivery of mixed-method approaches including conducting a scoping review, supporting a large-scale survey and carrying out in-depth interviews.
