Lecturer - Computing - Security

Uxbridge College's Computing and IT School provides our learners with the knowledge and skills required by the computing industry. We provide an excellent foundation for our learners to progress to the next level including careers in the IT, apprenticeships and Higher Education.
We are seeking a full time Lecturer to join our successful team and deliver across a range of Computing courses, with Security specialism, based at Uxbridge Campus.
You will possess a degree in a Computing subject and will have some teaching experience including delivery of BTEC programmes Level 2 - 5. You will have knowledge and experience of Virtual Box (or equivalent) or Operating Ssystems Configuration (Windows and Linux). You will also have knowledge and experience of either IT Security or IT Systems Support.
You will need to have good communication and interpersonal skills and be able to engage young people aged 16-19. If you do not already possess a Level 5 teaching qualification recognised by the FE sector, the College will support you to achieve this.
