With a diverse and inclusive community of students, staff, and alumni, we are proud to produce creative, adaptable, and industry-ready graduates who shape the future of the creative arts.  We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Admissions and CRM Officer to support our applicant journey, manage critical data systems, and enhance engagement across all admissions touchpoints.

The Role

This is a pivotal opportunity to play a key part in supporting the full applicant lifecycle—from enquiry to enrolment—through accurate data management and effective CRM strategies.  Reporting to the Admissions and CRM Manager, you will ensure smooth and compliant admissions processes, deliver targeted communications via our CRM systems, and support the College’s transition to a new student records platform. You will also coordinate applicant events such as auditions and ensure an excellent experience for all prospective students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process applications in line with College admissions and UKVI policies, maintaining accurate and compliant records.
  • Manage and optimise the use of CRM and student records systems, ensuring high-quality data and communications.
  • Coordinate applicant communications and scheduling for interviews, auditions, and registration activities.
  • Support recruitment events such as Open Days and webinars, providing expert advice and logistical support.
  • Contribute to service improvements and project work, including data analysis and CRM enhancements.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in administration, ideally in education, with strong data and IT skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised, with excellent time management.
  • A confident communicator with a customer-focused approach.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Familiar with CRM or student records systems and committed to continuous improvement.
