Finance Business Partner

Working closely with the Assistant Director of Finance, the Finance Business Partner is a senior member of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function, responsible for providing financial management information to inform fact-based decision making, covering financial planning and analysis to a designated portfolio of academic schools and departments.

It is expected that you will have operational knowledge and understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, workforce planning and costing. Excellent and confident interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, persuade and challenge others is a must.
