As Programme Administrator, you will join the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences working closely with academic and support staff to ensure the smooth delivery of our programmes and enhance the student experience.
This role is offered on a part-time basis of 17.5 hours a week, for a fixed term until August 2026 with a salary of £15,402 rising to £17,173 per year, and you'll benefit from being part of a supportive team dedicated to enhancing the student experience at Birkbeck.

Contract

Salary and benefits
Actual £15,402 rising to £17,173 per year 0.5 FTE (£30,803-£34,346 pro-rated FTE), which is Grade 4 of the College's London Pay Scale. The salary quoted is on the College's London Pay Scale which includes a consolidated Weighting/Allowance which applies only to staff whose normal contractual place of work is in the London area.
