About the role
Please note this position is a 12-month secondment opportunity/fixed-term contract to cover maternity.
As Alumni and Supporter Relations Manager you'll have the opportunity to drive engagement with our international alumni community. Relationship management will be key as you support our global network of volunteers; assist 40+ alumni groups and support the team in preparing for overseas visits. Travelling overseas will occasionally be required to host events and run alumni volunteer programmes, including mentoring and flagship programmes such as UCL Connect and Coffee Connect.
We are happy to consider applications to work on a part-time, flexible and job share basis wherever possible (minimum 0.8 FTE – equivalent of 4 days per week, stated salary to be pro-rata).
This role is eligible for hybrid working with a minimum of 20% on site. Please note our required in-office day for Advancement members is Tuesday.

About you
You'll have experience of working in a relationship management role with responsibility for engaging a variety of individuals and audiences in an international context. You're an inspiring communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills and high-levels of diplomacy. You'll have excellent project-management skills and be able to work efficiently on a variety of projects simultaneously.
