What we offer
The Professorship of Optics and Photonics of Condensed Matter at the Chemnitz University of Technology is seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher to join an interdisciplinary team working on organic solar cells. The position is funded by the DFG Research Unit “Printed & Stable Organic Photovoltaics from Non-fullerene Acceptors – POPULAR“ (FOR5387) and the DFG research grant “ChemDeTox”, focusing on chemical defects in organic semiconductors.

Our research will focus on the fabrication and investigation of coated and printed efficient organic solar cells using a strongly interdisciplinary approach combining chemistry, materials science, physics, mathematics, and print technology.
Supervisors: Prof. Dr. Carsten Deibel (TU Chemnitz) and Prof. Dr. Roderick C. I. MacKenzie (University Durham, UK).
