BACKGROUND

CANDIDATE PROFILE
We're looking for a Research Scientist to help us drive cutting-edge research, lead innovative initiatives, and partner with top industry players to address AI's most pressing challenges in FS. You will collaborate with senior researchers and work closely with financial services organisations to understand their technical challenges and/or develop tailored solutions in one of the above areas.
DUTIES AND AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Person Specification
The successful candidate will have a PhD-level degree in Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent research, industrial or commercial experience. In addition they will have experience in one or more of the following areas: technical ML, AI assurance, Synthetic Data Generation, LLMs orchestration, Anomaly detection, Bandits and RL, and AI policy development.

Terms and Conditions
