We are seeking a proactive and solutions-focused Finance Business Manager to join our Finance Department during a critical period of transformation. With external pressures impacting the University’s financial performance, this role is pivotal in delivering a programme of change, continuous improvement, and innovation to ensure long-term sustainability and resource efficiency. 

The successful candidate will lead and project manage a range of departmental initiatives, ensuring robust governance, risk management, and resource planning. They will also support the Finance management team with key operational activities such as recruitment, contract evaluation, procurement processes, and departmental communications. 

This is a dynamic and varied role requiring strong organisational skills, stakeholder engagement, and a commitment to driving strategic improvements across the finance function. Middlesex University is committed to fostering an inclusive working environment.
