We are seeking an experienced campaigns manager with a passion for storytelling and engagement to play a pivotal role in the launch of Warwick’s most ambitious ever philanthropic campaign.
As we celebrate our 60th birthday in 2025, this role presents the exciting opportunity to drive and showcase the creative aspects of our campaign – championing the transformational impact of philanthropy on Warwick’s ambitions and the wider world.
Day to day, you will shape our campaign creative and deliver a powerful engagement plan to build excitement, understanding and collaboration. You will enjoy working closely with department colleagues, key wider stakeholders and agency partners.
This role is offered on a hybrid working pattern and offered as a secondment opportunity.

About You
You will have substantial experience of working in a stakeholder or alumni engagement, marketing, campaigns or communications role, with experience of planning, developing and managing multi-channel, multi-audience communications for a complex organisation over the long-term.
You’ll have experience of shaping campaigns and measuring ROI, as well as a passion for creating, curating and amplifying brilliant content.
You'll be excited by a challenge, and adept at working collaboratively to achieve shared goals. As well as your flexible and proactive approach to tasks and challenges, you’ll have strong project management skills and be able to adapt as a campaign evolves.
Experience of working in Higher Education would be an advantage, as would experience of working with international stakeholders. Experience of delivering communications for a philanthropic campaign, especially within HR, would also be an advantage.
