Fourth Monkey is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a full-time Academic Services Officer. This pivotal role supports the academic journey of students, focusing on attendance, attainment, assessment, and academic administration. The Academic Services Officer is both a key student-facing representative and a vital operational contributor to the effective running of our training programmes.
The successful candidate will be a highly organised and detail-driven individual, experienced in academic administration within a Higher Education setting. You will be responsible for supporting the Head of Academic Services in the development of academic procedures, student learning plans, monitoring student achievement, and liaising with our academic partners. Working closely with Heads of Courses, practitioners, and the Director of Training, you will help ensure that the student experience is cohesive, rigorous, and transformative.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate student records, managing data across CRM and VLE systems, and supporting course validation processes. The role also includes practitioner liaison, assisting in contracting, quality assurance, and reporting. You will play a key part in the delivery and ongoing development of high-quality courses, productions, and performances in collaboration with our practitioner community.

This is a full-time role (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday, with occasional evening or weekend work, for which TOIL will be granted. Annual leave is 32 days (including bank holidays). All new staff undertake a 3-month probation period.
