THE ROLE
The Project Managers will play a critical role in the successful delivery of the University’s capital investment and capital maintenance programme, as well as the refinement of its planned/reactive maintenance and estates compliance procedures. As part of the Capital Delivery team within Estates and Facilities, the postholders will manage designated capital and strategic maintenance projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, to budget, and in line with the University's regulatory and quality standards.
The roles will span a diverse estate portfolio across South Wales and England, with a focus on enhancing the student experience, improving estate and asset management practices, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the University’s business and environmental objectives.
