Programme Manager

We are: seeking to recruit a Programme Manager for our new BA Arts with Community programme.

You will be responsible for the operational management of the programme, ensuring high quality programme delivery is achieved, in addition to being a key member of the teaching team.

You will be: passionate about arts in community contexts, with experience in this field, and a leader who can implement the Programme’s and RCS’ strategic aims and objectives.

You should: hold a relevant qualification or have significant experience in arts with social sciences, as well as substantial experience in teaching, management, and student support within the HE/Conservatoire sector. You will have established connections relevant to the programme and an understanding of the cultural and socio-economic landscapes of different communities. You will be able to collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to support students, practitioners and artists, and be a reflective practitioner.
