The Role
The institute is seeking to appoint two positive, friendly and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Supervisors to join a busy, award- winning team to provide a professional food and beverage service to course members, customers and staff. The successful candidates will ensure high standards of customer service, hygiene and safety are maintained at all times. The institute is based at the historic Madingley Hall campus, four miles west of Cambridge, ample parking is provided. There are currently around 150 staff working at the Institute in academic, administrative, and hospitality-based roles.
You will display excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently while in a pressurised environment providing excellent levels of customer care and attention. You will also be required to perform duty manager shifts on rota basis.
