The University for the Creative Arts is seeking to appoint a Home Admissions Administrator who will provide a vital service to support the University in meeting its recruitment targets across all UG, PGT and PGR courses. With increasing competition to convert students, you will work as part of the Admissions team delivering an efficient, fair, proactive and customer focused service, both to applicants and internal and external stakeholders.
You will be responsible for the efficient operation of admissions procedures for applications in accordance with University processes, policies and service level agreements. You will give accurate and up to date advice to applicants and their advisors on courses offered along with all aspects of entry procedures. You will also ensure that all admissions procedures are followed correctly and efficiently and that all internal and external UCAS deadlines are met.
With excellent interpersonal skills and an eye for detail, ideally you will have previous admissions administrative experience and will be used to building and maintaining effective working relationships. Your highly organised and methodical approach will be matched with an excellent range of IT skills. Experience of working within the Higher Education admissions environment would be advantageous, as would knowledge of the SITS student record database.
