We are seeking a Careers Advisor with proven experience in a careers advisory or employability role, Strong industry connections within the creative and/or music industries and ideally experience of working in a Higher Education environment.

About the role
The Careers Advisor is responsible for ensuring our students and graduates can access a range of services and opportunities to support successful progression into careers and further study. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing career development strategies, organising careers fairs and workshops, providing personalised career counselling and advice, maintaining relationships with employers to facilitate internships and job placements, conducting research on industry trends, and collaborating with academic departments to integrate career-related learning into the curriculum.
