Are you a detail-oriented individual who would enjoy working as part of a professional team of experts in quality and standards? We are seeking to appoint a motivated, enthusiastic Quality Officer to our Quality & Standards Department, which is part of our wider Student Life directorate.
You will provide professional support for the operation of the University’s quality and standards functions for our academic partnerships. You will be contributing to efficient and effective operations as part of a team focused on continuous improvement and enhancement, assessment processes, approval and review of courses and academic governance. You will provide advice to internal and external stakeholders of the University, to enable us to secure the standards of our provision at our academic partners.
As this is a busy role which works collaboratively with departments across the University and externally, you will need excellent communication skills and to be able to work proactively. We’d love to hear from you if you are an organised individual with the ability to pay close attention to detail.
This role also includes some travel, where necessary, to our partners within the UK and overseas to facilitate quality and standards related processes for approval and review.
For an informal conversation regarding the role please contact:
Aimee Clarke, Head of Quality & Standards via email on Aclark7@uca.ac.uk.
