We are looking for a candidate who will play a key role in shaping, managing, and delivering a unique scholarship programme that nurtures leadership, community, and long-term alumni engagement. This role builds on an already successful programme and we welcome applications from dynamic individuals who are passionate about equity, diversity, and social mobility in higher education.

Design, coordinate and continuously enhance a high-impact support programme focused on mentoring, leadership development, and professional readiness. Engage with internal stakeholders and the Uggla Family Foundation to deliver meaningful programming and create long-lasting impact.
3. Manage Stakeholder Communication and Reporting
Work closely with donors, internal teams, and partner institutions to ensure seamless coordination and clear, timely communication. Prepare reports and updates on the programme’s progress, manage financial oversight, and ensure the donor’s vision is faithfully reflected.
