Regent College London is seeking a strategic and collaborative Intervention Manager to lead our critical work in ensuring all students, particularly those from underrepresented backgrounds, thrive and succeed. This pivotal role sits at the heart of our commitment to delivering transformative education and meeting our regulatory obligations under OfS Condition B3 and our Access and Participation Plan (APP).
As our Intervention Manager, you will be the driving force behind the design, implementation, and evaluation of targeted strategies aimed at closing persistent gaps in student continuation, completion, and progression. You will collaborate extensively with academic teams, professional services (including Student Services, Admissions, and our Analytics & Insights team), and crucially, with students themselves, to develop and scale effective, evidence-based interventions. These will range from academic support and mentoring programmes to wellbeing initiatives and the embedding of inclusive practices across teaching and learning.
Your responsibilities will encompass the full intervention lifecycle: identifying needs, co-designing solutions with stakeholders, overseeing robust implementation, and rigorously monitoring impact. You will utilise both quantitative and qualitative data to track effectiveness, make data-driven adjustments, and conduct thorough impact assessments. A key aspect will be engaging students as active partners in shaping the solutions that affect them. You will also maintain vital links with external bodies, such as the OfS and sector networks, to ensure we adopt and contribute to best practice.
Furthermore, you will play a vital role in ensuring our activities meet OfS B3 regulatory requirements and contribute significantly to compelling, evidence-rich reporting.
