About the role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a creative marketing professional to join a small independent Higher Education provider, specialising in music courses.

The Marketing and Communications Manager will play a leading role in development and implementation of Spirit Studios marketing and communications activities, supporting student recruitment across our range of creative subjects.

Working in a small marketing team the postholder will lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, content creation, and student engagement strategies that align with institutional goals and enhance the visibility of Spirit Studios to prospective students.

About you:

  • You should have knowledge and understanding of current marketing and communications trends, with a particular focus on higher education.
  • Proven experience in planning and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns across a variety of channels including web, email, social and print.
  • A good knowledge and understanding of digital media and social platforms.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and activities while ensuring they are delivered to quality, on time and on budget.
  • Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills, with experience across digital and print.
  • Committed to enhancing the opportunities for young people to work in the creative sector.
