  • Boost student success: You'll develop and implement strategies to ensure high rates of student retention, achievement, success, and attendance in Maths and English.
  • Shape the learning journey: You'll oversee the planning, preparation, and ongoing development of schemes of work, lesson plans, teaching and learning resources, and assessment plans.
  • Track and celebrate progress: You'll manage the recording of student progress, ensuring that individual and group learner targets are consistently met.
  • Build strong relationships: You'll foster positive relationships with both staff and learners, providing the support needed to ensure successful outcomes for everyone.
