As a team member you will work alongside curriculum and professional service colleagues to provide individuals with every aspect of help, support and guidance they may need to overcome barriers to learning and be successful in their learning journey.

The successful candidate will need to have a good understanding of the variety of challenges faced by individuals during their studies, be empathetic to these needs, and have the ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of individuals, particularly for those with special educational needs.
You must be trauma informed in your approach and be able to manage a varied and busy workload with enthusiasm and commitment and be willing to work flexibly to meet the needs of the students.
The post holder will be subject to a PVG Disclosure Scotland membership before commencing employment.
